UNL Studio How-to: Create your first Virtual Private Map

1. Go to UNL Studio

2. Click on Create A New VPM

3. Name your VPM in the input field & Click on Create VPM

4. Adjust the settings of your Virtual Private Map

Once you have created your Virtual Private Map, you can adjust the settings in order to:

• Add team members
• Add service accounts

5. Invite team members to contribute via a link

Upon clicking on the Settings icon, you will see a page where you can manage your team members and service account. Click on Add Member to generate a link and adjust access rights.

6. Adjust link access & Click on 'Create Link'

Before creating the link and sending it to your team, you can:

• Assign contributor or read-only roles
• Set link expiration
• Set a password

7. Adding Service Accounts and Click on 'Add Servcie Account'

Aside from adding team members, you can also add a service account to your VPM from the Settings page. To begin, select the Service Accounts tab.

8. Select the service account to add & Click on 'Add to VPM'
